The AI ecosystem looks like chaos from the outside. From the inside it's two roads: AI for working (it does tasks for you: your documents, your processes, your inbox) and AI for building (you make things: tools, agents, systems others can use). Most people never find the first road because they start in the wrong place: staring at an empty chat box, trying to think of use cases. Wrong way round.
